Dec 3, 08:34 PST Monitoring - Earlier today, our SSO authentication broker experienced a service disruption that impacted users attempting to log in to Mixpanel via SSO. During this period, some customers may have encountered intermittent login failures or increased latency during authentication. Okta has implemented mitigations and reports that their services have been restored, though intermittent authentication issues may still occur as the system stabilizes. We are seeing improvement on our end and continue to monitor SSO login performance closely to ensure full recovery for all Mixpanel customers. We will continue to observe authentication behavior and will post another update if any instability reappears or when the issue is fully resolved.
