    User impact: Admins may not have been able to view Service Health Dashboard (SHD) and Message Center posts in the admin center. Final Status: While we were in the process of attempting to redeploy our service resources to the affected section of infrastructure, system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. We've confirmed that the problem is no longer occurring, and we'll continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem does not happen again. Scope of impact: Impact was specific to any admin attempting to view SHD and Message Center posts in the Microsoft 365 admin center operated by 21Vianet.
