Update timeline

  1. investigating Oct 06, 2026, 08:45 AM UTC

We have reports from several users that upgrading to iOS 26.7.1 makes the Microbizz app crash on iOS. This is a preliminary observation that can change as we gather more information. We are currently investigating this situation, and ask our users to postpone upgrading iOS and/or the Microbizz app until this issue have been resolved.

  2. investigating Oct 06, 2026, 08:48 AM UTC

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

  3. investigating Oct 06, 2026, 09:30 AM UTC

We are investigating if the incompatibility is instead with iOS 27.0

  4. identified Oct 06, 2026, 09:45 AM UTC

We have now reproduced the crash. It occurs on iOS 27.0.x and not on 26.7.1 as previously reported. Therefore we recommend our customers not to make the optional upgrade to iOS 27.0.x before we have resolved the issue.

  5. identified Oct 06, 2026, 11:03 AM UTC

Our app developer has corrected the issue and a new version is now processing for App Store. We expect it to be available within the next 24 hours. The new version number is 13.1.1. We encourage our customers not to upgrade to iOS 27.0 before having installed the 13.1.1 version of the app.

  6. monitoring Oct 07, 2026, 05:40 AM UTC

The 13.1.1 app is now available in the app store. For customers affected by this issue, please update your app to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor the situation over the day, and will resolve the issue then.
