We are currently experiencing a major database outage - auto-recovery has commenced, and we have logged a ticket with our hosting provider. At this stage, we do not have an ETA on service restoration.

We are currently experiencing a major database outage due to a catastrophic hardware failure by our infrastructure provider. The auto-recover process is underway and is expected to take until 12 PM GMT Wed, 21 June to complete. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Database recovery has been completed, and we are monitoring the results. Refresh jobs have been kicked off to backfill marketplace data over last 24 hours.
