Access to Advanced Analytics has been degraded and some users may experience difficulties in accessing their dashboards. Operations teams are currently investigating the issue and will provide resolution updates as they are identified. Standard Analytics has not been affected and is currently operational.

Engineers have identified the issue as an expiration of a existing security certificate. Restoration of service is in progress and updates will be provided as services resume.

Engineers continue to work to propagate the new certificates across our US and EU infrastructure. We are working to restore service as quick as possible and will continue to provide updates on changes in status.

The new certificates are being propagated through our networks. Due to delays in DNS updates service will slowly be restored over the next 12-24hrs. Full restoration of the feature should be available to all clients by 10/23 CEST. We will continue to provide updates if these timelines change.

The Advanced Analytics feature is now back online and operational. All clients should again have access to their dashboards. Our engineers will continue to monitor the services to ensure the resolution is successful.
