EU users may be experiencing inabilty to access Advanced Analytics
Mercatus experienced a minor incident on November 5, 2015, lasting 46m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Currently some EU customers are unable to access Advanced Analytics. Engineers are looking into the matter and have identified the cause. We are working to re-establish the connection to the datastore. We will update as this issue is resolved and service is restored. Again currently this is only affecting those clients who reside in our EU datacenter. US hosted clients remain unaffected.

Connection to the datastore has been reestablished and Advanced Analytics is operational for EU clients.
