US standard account customers are experiencing interruption of service for financial modeling requests.
Mercatus experienced a minor incident on November 16, 2015, lasting 3h 31m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Currently there is a known interruption of service for US based standard clients (non-custom). Engineering teams are investigating the cause and will update as cause and resolution path are established. Custom accounts and all EU clients are unaffected.

The engineering team has resolved the issue affecting standard clients on US financial modeling service. The issue was related to an interruption in the FMS core service which had stopped running, and failed to reboot automatically. Services have been restarted and tested.
