    We have received reports that some users are experiencing difficulties in accessing the platform. Our engineering teams are investigating the situation and will update accordingly.

    The engineering team has identified the issue impacting the ability for users to log into the system. One of the identity management services certificates has expired causing requests to be rejected. We are currently regenerating the certificates and re-establishing the service. Normal operation is expected to resume as soon as the certificates are renewed and the affected infrastructure is resumed.

    The certificates have been re-established and login and authentication is operational for all users. Actions have been taken to prevent this scenario from occurring in the future.
