SSO based clients using their company ADFS/Intranet are having difficultly accessing the platform
Mercatus experienced a critical incident on March 22, 2019 affecting Login & User Authentication, lasting 7h 23m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Login issue happened since certificate for ADFS Federation got expired. Mercatus team has generated and updated the new certificate which resolved the issue. For any further question, please reach out to [email protected]
