Files uploaded to SafeStream-enabled (watermarked) projects in SHIFT may experience delayed processing and preview creation due to an issue with our encode queue. We have put in place measures to unblock the encode queue. Please note that it may be anywhere from a few minutes to an hour before your file begins processing.

The encode queue is now cleared and files should now process as normal. This is resolved.
