An upstream service provider has confirmed increased error rates, which may cause some new Feed items not to be created. These errors will not affect any other parts of the application besides the Feed, nor will it affect any previously-created Feed items or page options.

The upstream provider confirmed resolution as of 4:00am PT, and has taken action to prevent recurrence. All new Feed items should now be properly added. Any previous items which need to be viewed in the Feed can be readded by viewing the link.
