SFTP experienced severe congestion which delayed some files from beginning to process [after the upload had completed] by approximately 24 hours. This queue has now been cleared and all files processed. This did not effect the in-app upload process or uploads via API, which utilize HTTPS. The engineering team is currently reviewing methods to ensure efficient queuing of future SFTP uploads.
