Users who log in via SSO may experience intermittent errors due to an issue confirmed by an upstream service provider. If an error is experienced, the user should reattempt to log in. This issue does not affect users who authenticate using login links.

Our upstream service provider has confirmed resolution of this issue. Users who log in via SSO should no longer experience any errors when attempting to begin a new session. This issue did not affect users who authenticate using login links.
