    We are currently experiencing a service degradation on Stella Connect. We are aware of the incident and will provide an update within the hour.

    From approximately 4:35pm to 5:00pm UTC the Agent Connect API app was unavailable. This impacted features like exports, webhooks, and engagement emails. This was caused by an outage in our background queuing service. During this time, survey requests and survey responses were not processed and cannot be recovered. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
