Our VoIP provider is experiencing DDoS attacks which are causing some support calls to fail. Our advice is that this problem is being mitigated and should be resolved later today. This VoIP network is completely separate to M.D.G. IT networks, and does not affect M.D.G. IT production services in any way. Please open support tickets in the client area for all support requests while this issue is being resolved.

Our telecommunications provider's traffic is now being scrubbed of DDoS traffic and phone support is now operational.
