Between 5:18AM-7:00AM EDT, we had a partial service outage that rendered many users unable to view some pages on the web app. Existing uploads/downloads were not affected. Our initial investigation indicates that our main database has crashed which triggered this outage. The database has been successfully recovered and is fully operational. We are still investigating the root cause of the crash and we will post updates on the upcoming few hours
