From 2023-04-23 12:18 UTC to 2023-04-23 17:38 UTC, a period of five hours and twenty minutes, our live traffic pipeline failed to produce new speed estimates and closures in the us-east region. The issue has been resolved. During this outage, customers using the mapbox/driving-traffic profiles on the Directions and Map Matching APIs received ETAs informed only by typical traffic data in the affected regions. Customers using traffic-maps may have viewed tiles informed only by typical traffic data in the affected region.
