From 2023-04-25 04:52 UTC to 2023-04-25 06:12 UTC, a period of one hour and twenty minutes, our live traffic pipeline failed to produce new speed estimates in a few small regions across the globe. The issue has been resolved. During this outage, customers using the mapbox/driving-traffic profiles on the Directions, Map Matching, and Matrix APIs received ETAs informed only by typical traffic data in the affected regions. Customers using traffic-maps may have viewed tiles informed only by typical traffic data in the affected regions. Customers of Mapbox Traffic Data did not receive live traffic data updates in the affected regions.
