    Customers using the NavSDK, Directions, and Map Matching APIs in the AP-southeast-2 region may have received stale traffic information in ETA and Visual Map, including live incidents. This issue began around 14:45 UTC and ended around 18:30 UTC. The root cause is under investigation and we are monitoring.
