On 20 August 2021 21.08 UTC, our engineers spotted high failure rate of our Database during routine maintenance. Our engineering team start investigating the issue right away and work together with our infrastructure provider to resolve the issue. We discovered that our database maintenance process has a conflict with the infrastructure provider's maintenance process. As soon as the cause was identified at 22.00 UTC, we formulate a solution and implement it. The issue was fully resolved by 22.05 UTC.
