We are currently working on a fix to an issue related to email receiving for Manatal Integration with our provider. The issue could have impacted the following use cases: 1. Email forwarding 2. Receiving email replies from candidates or contacts And does not affect Outlook integration or Gmail integration The issue stated at September 30 22.30 UTC.

On September 30 22.30 UTC, our email integration provider has upgraded their communication system, which turns out to not be fully compatible with Manatal at the moment. Our engineers observed email integrations not working fully which includes 1. Email Received from Candidates / Contacts through Manatal integration 2. Email forwarding feature Please note that email integration with Outlook and Gmail is not affected. During September 30 22.30 UTC to October 1 11.30 UTC we put our best engineering effort to resolve the problem, with multiple solutions implemented. And the issue was resolved it October 1 11.30 UTC. After that, we continue to restore the data that were not synchronized during the period of the incident and all the data was restored at October 1 19.00 UTC.
