We are currently investigating an issue related to user authentication that is forcing some users to wait before accessing some Macabacus features.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Affected users may need to restart affected Office applications or re-activate Macabacus software using the button with key icon at the right edge of the Macabacus tab.
