We are currently working with our filtering partner Proofpoint regarding an issue with email delivery and users being incorrectly marked as invalid within their system resulting in bounced emails. We will update this post when we have more information.

We are still working with Proofpoint to determine the cause of this issue however we do have a fix in place. If you are still experiencing issues with emails bouncing back to users as "invalid" please open a Support Ticket in your LuxSci account to address the issue.
