LuxSci experienced a notice incident on November 20, 2021 affecting Hosted Email, lasting 12h 15m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are continuing to investigate this issue. It appears to be a routing issue and the data center is investigating.

The issue has been identified as a networking issue at the data center. They are working on a resolution, we do not have an ETA yet.

The team at the data center are continuing work on the issue. We currently have between one and two hours ETA until the issue is resolved.

Unfortunately it is taking longer than expected to resolve the networking issue at the data center. We do not have a new ETA for this to be fixed, however we will update when we have more information.
