Lumigo experienced a minor incident on March 29, 2022 affecting Web Application and Metrics and 1 more component, lasting 39m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The problem has been identified. it was a component of a 3rd' party that stopped processing. 3'rd party service is back. The statistics are still behind due to logs delay, but it is now catching up

At 15:30 IDT, a third-party service stopped processing some of our data. Dashboard invocations statistics stopped updating as a result. The service was restarted at 5 PM \(IDT\). The stats started recovering after the said service was restarted at 18:40 Our team is working both internally and with the provider to prevent this from happening again.
