    Starting at 21:25 UTC on Sep 28th 2020 customer may experiencing the delay in delivering of SMS and SMTP messages. We are activity investigating the issue.

    The issue has been identified.Issue is due to connectivity issue between application due to issue at one of our cloud provider.
