The root cause of the issue has been identified and resolved, attributed to a database incompatibility. We are now in the process of compiling and transmitting all pending payments for processing via SecurePayments. All current payments are now processing successfully. Some users may have experienced difficulty logging into LoanPro between 1:50 and 2:04 pm Mountain Time in the SaaS environment. This has been corrected and all users are now able to access their accounts. API services remained fully operational throughout this period, and all API requests were processed without interruption.

We are aware of an issue affecting some users' ability to log in to LoanPro. This is due to degraded service with Amazon Web Services (AWS) related to their Single Sign On authentication systems. Our internal systems are all operational, and services such as API calls, payment processing, autopays, webhooks, and notifications are unaffected. AWS SSO services appear to be coming back online. We are able to see successful login attempts across all platforms. AWS expects to see increased success rates over the next 60 minutes. We are continuing to monitor, and will provide updates as login services are fully restored.
