We're currently investigating an issue preventing LoanPro (LMS) from sending payment information to SecurePayments. This is impacting our SaaS environment only; VPC (PSaaS) customers are not affected. We'll provide updates as soon as we have more information.

The root cause of the issue has been identified and resolved, attributed to a database incompatibility. We are now in the process of compiling and transmitting all pending payments for processing via SecurePayments. All current payments are now processing successfully. We are actively investigating an issue that is preventing agents with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled from logging into LoanPro. Our team is working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will provide updates on our progress here.
