    We're currently investigating an issue preventing LoanPro (LMS) from sending payment information to SecurePayments. This is impacting our SaaS environment only; VPC (PSaaS) customers are not affected. We'll provide updates as soon as we have more information.

    The root cause of the issue has been identified and resolved, attributed to a database incompatibility. We are now in the process of compiling and transmitting all pending payments for processing via SecurePayments. All current payments are now processing successfully.
