LoanPro's SaaS environment experienced an outage ranging from 0:0:19 (19 seconds) to 0:15:08 (15 minutes and 8 seconds) for clients operating in the shared environment. This was caused by an issue in the master database. Our team has resolved the issue & continuing to research any future preventative measures that should be taken. Our internal monitoring system notified our team immediately & we were able to resolve the issue quickly. All services are resumed running normally now. Regards, LoanPro Team
