Update timeline

  1. resolved Nov 25, 2020, 04:01 PM UTC

As reported on https://status.aws.amazon.com/ AWS is having some issues with a few services which include Kinesis, CloudWatch, & EventBridge. Out of an abundance of caution we have disabled autopay processing in LoanPro LMS while this situation is investigated. This means that any autopays that are scheduled to run in the next few hours will remain in "pending" status until autopays are resumed in a few hours once this AWS issue is resolved. NOTE: We will monitor this situation closely & will make sure autopays process in time for end of day cutoffs for all Enterprise clients. These AWS issues also cause for the Google Social Profile login to be temporarily unavailable. This will also resume service once the AWS issue is resolved. You can monitor this here on LoanPro's status page, or directly on the AWS status page as well. Regards, LoanPro Team

  2. postmortem Nov 25, 2020, 11:27 PM UTC

AWS continues to experience issues [https://status.aws.amazon.com/](https://status.aws.amazon.com/) We have been monitoring all services & LoanPro LMS & other products have continued to be very resilient with no outages; all autopays have been processed & are current on all accounts. We will continue to monitor all services. Regards, LoanPro Team
