We are investigating intermittent connectivity, resulting in 504 errors in our SaaS environment. This is not impacting any of our PSaaS environments.

A review of all services has been performed. We found that the process used to access some of the context engines related to some loan accounts in a few tenants were causing a timeout & tieing up shared resources, creating latency in the SaaS environment. This has been resolved & we will continue to monitor all systems. Regular response times have resumed. Thanks, LoanPro Team
