Due to the ongoing invasion & attack by Russia on Ukraine & upon the recent warning by the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency division of the US government, we have decided to block all traffic to any LoanPro services that are originating from Russia. We have updated our Security Policy effective immediately to reflect this & are taking it as a preventative measure to limit any cyber-attacks that are reportedly being warned about by the US Government. Please note that we did an analysis for any requests originating from the impacted geographical region over the last 30-days & there are some requests occurring across all of our customers, however, it is not a significant number, we are reaching out to each of the known impacted customers to coordinate a strategy of how they can continue any operations with this new enhanced security measure. We apologize for the short notice of this change, however, we take security very seriously & in the climate of today, it's important to be very prudent & cautious. If you need any assistance or are impacted by this security change please contact our support department who will be happy to assist you. Please rest assured that LoanPro is proactively monitoring all services & has a high standard of security, including certifications of SOC 2 Type II & PCI-DSS Level 1 AOC for our Secure Payments platform. Regards, LoanPro Team
