Starting at 11/20/2020 01:47:22 AM Eastern & continuing intermittently until 11/20/2020 02:48:14 AM Eastern Secure Payments had an AWS Issue as reported on their Status Dashboard. This caused a connectivity issue due to the load balancer of the service during this time. Our team was able to work to restore all services & everything is fully operational as of the 11/20/2020 02:48:14 AM Eastern time. We will continue to monitor the system. Regards, LoanPro Team
