Update timeline

  1. monitoring Dec 13, 2024, 02:53 AM UTC

We are aware of an issue affecting some users' ability to log in to LoanPro. This is due to degraded service with Amazon Web Services (AWS) related to their Single Sign On authentication systems. Our internal systems are all operational, and services such as API calls, payment processing, autopays, webhooks, and notifications are unaffected. We are actively monitoring the situation and working with AWS to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You are able to view the incident with AWS here: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

  2. monitoring Dec 13, 2024, 03:22 AM UTC

AWS SSO services appear to be coming back online. We are able to see successful login attempts across all platforms. AWS expects to see increased success rates over the next 60 minutes. We are continuing to monitor, and will provide updates as login services are fully restored.

  3. monitoring Dec 13, 2024, 04:08 AM UTC

Our internal monitoring tools indicate that login success rates have now exceeded 90%. The AWS login issue is nearly fully resolved. If you are still encountering login difficulties, please refresh your page and attempt to log in again. We will provide a final update once AWS announces the full resolution of the AWS SSO Cognito issue.

  4. resolved Dec 13, 2024, 04:51 AM UTC

AWS has officially confirmed the full resolution of the SSO Cognito service. We sincerely appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
