    Our Phone provider for the number 888-884-9224 informed us of delays on their network which are effecting call routing to our support center. While most calls were routed to our secondary system, some calls may have dropped during the process. We are currently running at 100% without any phone issues, however our IT department will continue to monitor the situation and post updates as they become available.
