We received calls reporting that the POS is unable to connect (send sales or activate). Our engineers narrowed the problem to one of our servers in the N. Virginia data center that was having intermittent connection. The server was taken offline for inspection. Since LivePOS uses multiple redundancies, the issue only impacted a small number of our customers, and for a short time of 14 minutes. All systems are now 100% operational. We apologies for the inconvenience.
