    From approximately 7:09am to 11:50am ET on 12/2/22 we saw some traffic dropping as a result of work to update our TLS certifications. During this time, customers globally would have seen intermittent issues while attempting to playback On Demand or live videos. We have identified a way to avoid this in the future and apologize for the disruption.
