    An AWS networking issue that occurred between 8:32 UTC and 9:58 AM UTC caused intermittent delays in various Lithic subsystems. Customers may have seen delays in transaction event delivery, as well as delayed ability to transact on newly created cards. Authorization processing was unaffected. All data was queued and subsequently processed, the issue now appears fully resolved.
