    On 9/25, Lithic ASA infrastructure experienced issues processing some requests between 00:39 and 00:49 UTC. This issue caused transactions to have unexpected declines with the result of CUSTOMER_ASA_TIMEOUT even though the ASA request was not sent to customer's ASA responders.
