PSI is experiencing a Severity 1 issue on their Examslocal Proctoring platform. This is impacting candidates taking exams on ExamsLocal. Candidates are unable to share their desktop/webcam with the proctor and are unable to proceed with taking the exam. The issue is being investigated by PSI and we will update this incident report as more information is received.

PSI and LF continue to work on this issue. At this time all certification exams scheduled for May 26, 27 and 28 have been cancelled. We will continue to update this status page as information becomes available. Thank you.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. This incident will be updated/closed following testing results.

A fix for the PSI ExamsLocal Proctoring system has been implemented and moved to production. Proctoring for all LF Exams (proctored on ExamsLocal) has resumed. Thank you for your patience and support.
