Our LMS provider is aware of a problem impacting access to the LF Education portal (trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org) and are working on a fix to resolve this issue. A Cloudflare outage is impacting some LF Education systems. Some candidates are unable to access the Training portal or launch exams. A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

This incident has been resolved and the Training Portal is back online.

PSI is experiencing a system interruption that is impacting access to the Test Taker portal, as well as the launch of some remote proctor exams. PSI has engaged all system resources to resolve this incident as quickly as possible.

We are aware that candidates are currently unable to cancel or reschedule exams at >24h from the exam start time. We have alerted PSI of the issue and are awaiting a resolution.

PSI is experiencing an issue with Twilio that results in some (NOT ALL) candidates being unable to check in with PSI Proctor. Some candidates are seeing PSI Secure Browser error of: ”You do not have the required bandwidth to continue. We measured 0Kbps, which is under the minimum requirement of 300Kbps. Please find an internet connection with sufficient bandwidth in order to complete your exam and try again.” PSI are investigating the issue - and we will continue to monitor and update this status.

PSI Test Taker portal is unavailable, which affects the ability to schedule, reschedule and take exams.
