Linux Foundation Education experienced a minor incident on January 6, 2025 affecting Exam proctoring (PSI), lasting 6h 40m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

PSI is experiencing an issue with Twilio that results in some (NOT ALL) candidates being unable to check in with PSI Proctor. Some candidates are seeing PSI Secure Browser error of: ”You do not have the required bandwidth to continue. We measured 0Kbps, which is under the minimum requirement of 300Kbps. Please find an internet connection with sufficient bandwidth in order to complete your exam and try again.” PSI are investigating the issue - and we will continue to monitor and update this status.

PSI has resolved the issue with Twilio timing out and failing to connect. We will continue to monitor for any additional problems.
