    We are aware of reports regarding slowness in the portal and degraded performance on the test taker and the API. Our developers are looking into this and will provide an update as soon as possible.

    The team has restored service to the Portal and the Test Taker. Access to the API will be restored shortly. Thank you for your patience.

    As previously reported the issue with the portal and test taker was resolved. The API is now active as well. We will be monitoring our system performance and we will close this incidence by the end of the day today if no further issues arise.
