    We are aware of reports regarding slowness in the portal and degraded performance on the test taker and the API. Our developers are looking into this and will provide an update as soon as possible.

    The issue with the portal, test taker and API is now resolved. We will be monitoring our system performance and we will close this incidence by the end of the day today if no further issues arise. Thank you for your patience.

    All systems had been operational since this incident was resolved earlier today as we have not experienced any issues since then.
