    We are aware of reports regarding slowness in the portal and degraded performance on the LinkIt! portal, test taker and the API. Our developers are looking into this and will provide an update as soon as possible.

    The team has restored service to the Portal, the Test Taker, and the REST API. We will be monitoring our system performance and we will close this incident by the end of the day today if no further issues arise.
