    This morning LinkIt! received reports that certain student answers and certain reports not being displayed in the LinkIt! portal. The team has identified that issue and we are working to resolve it. The student test taking is not affected and the student's answers are saved so students will not have to retake the tests. LinkIt! will provide an update as soon as this issue is resolved so that teachers can view the student answers in the Assignment Reviewer and in Reporting. Again, this issue seems to affect only certain test sessions. Thank you for your patience while we work to display the answers and reports.

    The LinkIt! team has identified and resolved the issue with student online test sessions containing complex, multi-part questions that were initiated or resumed on Monday, March 4th. Student answers for impacted sessions will be posted, graded, and ready for reporting by tomorrow morning, Wednesday, March 6th. In summary, the student test-taking experience was not impacted and student responses have been saved; there will be no need to have students retake assessments. Other parts of the platform were not impacted by the multi-part question issue and continue to operate normally.

    LinkIt! has resolved the issue with the test sessions containing multi-part questions that were initiated on Monday, March 4th. Now all student answers for the impacted sessions have been be posted, graded, and ready for reporting. Thank you for your patience.
