Today we experienced a service interruption on the portals and newly launched test sessions from 2:24 pm to 2:52 pm EST. The team was able to identify a MS SQL issue; it is now resolved and will be reported to Microsoft. All services are now operational. While online grading may have been delayed online test sessions in progress were not interrupted and all student responses were saved and will be processed. The team will be working to put a permanent fix in place to prevent this issue from occurring in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.
