We are aware of reports regarding slowness in the portal and degraded performance on the test taker and the API. Our developers are looking into this and will provide an update as soon as possible.

The team has restored service to the Portal and the Test Taker and the API. All users can now access the portals and all submitted student answers were saved. We will be investigating and monitoring all services. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

The issue with the slow performance on the platform that started at 8:15 am was resolved at 8:50 am EST. The LinkIt! team has been closely monitoring the platform and since then all services and modules are fully operational with optimal performance.
