Issue: Users from districts with a Powerschool SIS using Google SSO \(single sign-on\) were being incorrectly imported. Out of an abundance of caution, LinkIt temporarily suspended all site operations for 1.5 hours to investigate any potential security issues. Once data privacy was confirmed and the specific issue was identified, LinkIt addressed the user authentication issue for the impacted districts and the system was put back online. How this occurred: A software update to our staff roster integration software caused a data mismatch during roster data imports.
