    Today we experienced an issue that affected our TestTaker environment for approximately 90 minutes, from 8:20AM EST to 9:50AM EST. This issue was caused by an update by a third-party SSL Certificate provider, which affected Linkit's ability to scale up server capacity to meet daily test demand. We implemented a work-around at 9:45AM, which propagated to production and restored the normal operating environment by 9:50AM EST. We remain in constant contact with our infrastructure partner to ensure that there will be no recurrence of this issue.
